Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so exceptions may be granted in rare instances of genuine personal emergencies. Please contact W.D.M HYPNOTHERAPY directly if such a situation arises. Your cooperation helps us maintain a consistent schedule for all clients seeking healing through hypnosis. Inappropriate or Threatening Behaviour
While hypnotherapy is a safe and respectful process designed for healing, sessions may naturally evoke strong emotional responses. W.D.M HYPNOTHERAPY is committed to providing a secure environment for all clients; however, professional boundaries must be maintained at all times. Any form of inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexual behavior toward the therapist will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the current session and the cancellation of all future appointments. In these instances, W.D.M HYPNOTHERAPY reserves the right to retain all fees and deposits paid to compensate for the lost session time and breach of conduct. By engaging in our services, you agree to uphold this standard of mutual respect.
